Questions from businesses
Does it cost anything to add a venue?
No. One venue page is free for good on the Basic plan.
My business is in the guide but I did not add it. Why?
Some records come from OpenStreetMap and Overture Maps open data and are shown as “Unclaimed record”. If you own the business, you can claim the record for free and update it yourself.
How do you verify ownership?
By calling the phone number on the record and asking for a code, by sending a link to an email address on the business’s own domain, with a document (tax plate, business licence) or with a code added to your Instagram bio.
When do my changes go live?
New venues are reviewed before publication (usually within one business day). Everyday edits by verified businesses go live at once; changes to the name, category, location or website domain are reviewed.
Can I have my business removed?
Yes. Ask through the “Report” link on the page or the contact form.
Are there reviews or ratings?
No. Şirince.com has no user comments or star scores; pages show only verifiable information.
