When you place an order you see our bank details and an order code. Write the code in the transfer description; once our team has checked the payment, your plan starts (usually within one business day). Prices exclude 20% VAT.
No. A renewal order is created 10 days before the term ends and we remind you by email. If you do not pay, the plan ends after a short grace period and your venue stays live on the free Basic plan.
When you upgrade, the remaining days of your term move to the new plan as extra days. Downgrades apply at the end of the term. Your details are kept and come back when you upgrade again.
No. The badge is free on every plan once we have verified that you own the business.
Premium venues may appear in up to two places at the top of a list, always labelled “Sponsored”. Organic ranking is not affected by plans.
Yes. Your invoice is issued after the payment is confirmed and can be downloaded from the order page in your panel.
