Subscription Agreement

1. Parties

Provider: —, — (“Şirince.com”). Subscriber: the natural or legal person who is a Şirince.com member and orders a paid plan (“Subscriber”).

2. Subject

This agreement governs the features, term, payment and ending of the paid plan (Pro or Premium) that the Subscriber chooses for a venue page on şirince.com. The free Basic plan needs no payment.

3. Plans and features (version 2026-10-01)

  • Basic (free): 1 venue page(s), 5 photos per venue, description up to 600 characters, 30-day view total.
  • Pro (₺590 / month + VAT): 1 venue page(s), 15 photos per venue, description up to 2000 characters, English page text, WhatsApp and booking buttons, menu/price list (60 items), 3 events a month, daily view and click statistics, priority review.
  • Premium (₺1,490 / month + VAT): 3 venue page(s), 30 photos per venue, description up to 2000 characters, English page text, WhatsApp and booking buttons, menu/price list (120 items), 30 events a month, offer box, visibility labelled “Sponsored”, daily view and click statistics, priority review.

Yearly billing costs 10 times the monthly price. Prices exclude VAT; the VAT rate in force when you order (20%) is added. An order keeps the plan terms in force at the time of ordering.

The “Verified business” badge is never sold in any plan; it is free once ownership is verified. Plans never change organic ranking (see the Ranking and Advertising Policy).

4. Ordering and payment

  • Payment is by bank transfer (havale/EFT) only; no card details are requested.
  • When you place an order you see an order code and the bank details; write the order code in the transfer description.
  • An order not paid within 7 days expires.
  • The plan becomes active when Şirince.com has checked and confirmed the payment (usually within one business day). The term starts at confirmation.

5. Term and renewal

  • There is no automatic renewal. A renewal order is created 10 days before the term ends and emailed to you; once paid, the term is extended from its end date.
  • If no payment is made by the end of the term, a grace period of 7 days applies; after it the plan ends and the venue stays live with the free Basic features.
  • If you chose to cancel at the end of the term, the plan ends without a grace period.

6. Changing plans

  • Upgrade: the value of the remaining days of the current term is converted into extra days on the new plan.
  • Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the term.
  • When a plan is downgraded or ends, your data is kept; fields the plan does not allow are hidden and return when you upgrade again. Member-created venues above the plan’s limit are paused, not deleted, and you can choose which stay live. Claimed open-data records stay live on the free Basic plan.

7. Sponsored visibility

“Sponsored” placements in the Premium plan are always clearly labelled; list pages show at most two sponsored venues, rotated daily.

8. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

9. Rules and suspension

Content that seriously breaks the Content Rules may be removed. The plan may be suspended for unlawful use; refunds for unused time follow the Cancellation and Refunds page.

10. Disputes

Turkish law applies. For Subscribers who are consumers, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; for other Subscribers, the courts and enforcement offices of Aydın have jurisdiction.
